What to include in your inquiry
- Your device model and Android or iOS version
- The game version and the screen where the issue occurred
- The buttons you pressed before and after the issue, and steps to reproduce it
- Screenshots with personal information hidden, if needed
Do not send passwords, verification codes, card numbers or national identification numbers. We delete inquiry information without delay after answering and completing any necessary follow-up. Information subject to a legal retention requirement is kept only for the required period.
Frequently asked questions
Does research continue when I close the game?
Game time pauses when the app leaves the screen or a popup is open. You can select pause, normal speed or double speed in Settings.
Where is my save stored?
The game saves automatically on your current device. You can also save manually with Save Now in Settings. We do not provide our own accounts or save synchronization between devices. Before uninstalling the app or clearing its data, please be aware that your progress may be lost.
I assigned a team, but research has stopped.
Check the minimum abilities and prerequisite research for that task. Put researchers in a team, prepare their equipment, then select Assign for the team on the project or AI research screen and start the work. Progress stops if all assigned teams are removed.
Do I have to share gameplay analytics?
No. Our common operating threshold of age 18 or older applies only to analytics sharing, not to the age for playing the game or its content rating. You can play and save if you choose Start Without Sharing. Players under 18 should choose Start Without Sharing. Players aged 18 or older who have consented can still turn Share Gameplay Analytics off in Settings at the top of the game.
I want to request deletion of personal information.
Email the address above with the information concerned and the action you want. Turning analytics sharing off stops future collection and resets analytics data on your device; it does not immediately delete all existing server records. There is no account, and email addresses are not linked to analytics identifiers, so an email address alone cannot automatically locate server records for a particular installation. Where can I ask about payments or refunds?
The game has no in-app purchases. Check your purchase history and refund eligibility with the store where you bought the app.
