Sharing gameplay analytics is optional.

Game analytics does not start before you consent to sharing. You can play and save without sharing, and you can turn sharing off in Settings at any time.

1. Game progress and on-device saving

Infinite Lab is a single-player lab management game that requires no login or account creation. Progress, settings and your analytics-sharing choice are stored on your device. We do not provide our own account server or save synchronization between devices. Operating-system backup and restore may vary with your device settings.

The game has no ads, in-app purchases, financial features or Crashlytics error collection. The app store you use handles app purchases and refunds. The game does not collect card numbers or payment-account information.

2. Gameplay analytics with your consent

Under our common operating policy, optional gameplay analytics sharing is available only to players aged 18 or older. This threshold applies to optional analytics sharing; it does not set the age for playing the game or its store content rating.

If a player aged 18 or older consents to Share Gameplay Analytics in the game, we use Google Firebase Analytics to improve difficulty and usability. The information processed includes:

An installation identifier can distinguish activity from the same installation, so we do not describe this information as completely anonymous. We do not include real names, email addresses, phone numbers or dates of birth in analytics events, and we do not link analytics records to support emails.

We do not use Google Signals, ad personalization, Google Ads linking or detailed location and device data collection. We do not request GPS access. Approximate country or region information may remain, but the game has no feature for collecting city coordinates or precise location. Google states that Analytics discards original IP addresses after use. This is separate from the web-hosting IP retention described below. Google information on IP processing

If we export existing analytics data collected with consent to Google Cloud BigQuery, we do so daily to analyze new players, activity and drop-off patterns across progress milestones, and return visits. The purpose remains improving the game’s difficulty and usability. This export does not collect new types of information from your device or start analytics for players who have not consented.

3. Retention and deletion

Detailed analytics user and event data
We have set Google Analytics retention to two months and disabled the option that extends user-data retention when new activity occurs. Expired information is deleted according to Google’s monthly deletion process.
Raw analytics data exported to BigQuery
When data is exported to BigQuery, we have configured raw analytics tables to expire automatically 60 days after creation, separately from the two-month Google Analytics setting. After expiration, data may remain for a limited time under Google’s recovery and fail-safe retention policies. BigQuery automatic expiration · Google recovery retention
Aggregated statistical reports
Standard aggregated reports are not affected by the two-month setting and may remain longer. Reports that exclude installation identifiers and aggregate measures such as player counts and progress rates may also be retained longer than raw analytics data. We do not guarantee that all statistics disappear exactly two months later. Google information on retention
Progress and settings on your device
These remain on your device while you use the game. Deleting app data or uninstalling the app may remove them. Separate device settings apply to operating-system backups.
Support emails and attachments
We delete these without delay after responding to the inquiry and completing any necessary follow-up. If information must be retained by law, we retain only the relevant information for the legally required period.

4. Processing by Google and international transfers

We use Google Analytics/Firebase for optional analytics and Google Cloud BigQuery when exporting analytics data. We use Firebase Hosting to provide this information website and Gmail to respond to inquiries. Google LLC (United States), Google affiliates and service providers involved in providing these services may process information. You can also submit privacy inquiries to Google through Google’s privacy contact service.

Information transferred and purposes
If you consent to analytics, the installation identifier, usage events, basic app and device information, and approximate region information described in section 2 are transmitted for game analytics. When you visit the website, connection information needed to deliver and secure pages is processed. When you send an email inquiry, your sender address, message and attachments are processed to operate the relevant service.
Timing and method of transfer
After consent, game analytics is transmitted through encrypted network communication as you use the app. Website connection information is transferred when you request a page, and inquiry information is transferred through the relevant service when you send an email.
Processing countries and retention
Information may be processed in countries where Google and its service providers operate facilities, including the United States. These services are not restricted to storage in Korea. When exported to BigQuery, data is stored in the United States (US). Other processing locations vary by service. Retention and deletion follow sections 3 and 5 and each service’s processing policies. Your choices and how to decline
Collection, processing and overseas processing for game analytics begin only after optional consent. You can play even if you decline consent or withdraw it in Settings. Visiting the website or sending an email involves processing necessary to fulfill your request. If you do not want that processing, you can stop visiting the website or sending emails.

We do not sell your information or use it for ad personalization. We do not disclose it to separate third parties except for processing entrusted to service providers as needed to provide the service or as required by law. For more information, see Google’s Privacy Policy, how Google processes information from apps that use its services, Firebase privacy information.

5. Connection information for this website

This is a static website with no analytics scripts, ads, login, inquiry forms or code that sets tracking cookies. However, Firebase Hosting processes connection information, including IP addresses, to deliver pages and help prevent security threats and abuse. According to Google’s Firebase information, Hosting IP information may be retained for several months. This is separate from the optional gameplay analytics setting in the game. 6. Turning sharing off and exercising privacy rights

In Settings at the top of the game, set Share Gameplay Analytics to Off to stop future analytics collection and reset pending analytics data and the analytics identifier on your device. This does not immediately delete all records or aggregated reports already sent to Google’s servers. Uninstalling the app is also not treated as a request for immediate deletion of server records.

For inquiries about access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or withdrawal of consent, email dfrc.jhg@gmail.com. Please describe the information concerned and the action you want. We will explain the minimum information needed to verify your request, what processing is possible and the outcome. Do not send passwords, verification codes, national identification numbers or card numbers.

We do not link accounts or email addresses to analytics identifiers, so an email address alone cannot automatically locate server records for a particular installation. If we receive a deletion request, we check what records can be identified and what deletion tools Google provides, then process the request. If identification is difficult or legal restrictions apply, we explain why. An inquiry alone does not guarantee immediate deletion of all server records.

7. Children and guardians

Players under 18 should not consent to optional gameplay analytics. Please select Start Without Sharing. If sharing is already enabled, you can turn it off in Settings. The game does not collect dates of birth or provide a way to verify legal guardians.

Guardians can send requests concerning a child’s information to the contact above. If we identify children’s information collected without meeting consent requirements, we check what can be identified and take necessary action, such as stopping collection and deleting information. We do not guarantee that there is no possibility of processing children’s information.

8. Protection measures and policy changes

We limit access to the analytics service to accounts needed for operation and encrypt network communication. We request only the minimum information needed when handling inquiries. If this policy changes, we will post the changes and their effective date on this page. If changes to analytics consent require renewed consent, we will notify you in the game.

Change history: First published September 12, 2026. On September 16, 2026, we changed the common operating threshold for optional analytics sharing to age 18 or older and added English and Japanese information. On the same date, we clarified the daily processing, US storage, and automatic 60-day table expiration that apply when analytics data is exported to BigQuery.
